Art and Spirit

Raphael Nouril painted the Shah of Iran, the Prince, Henry Kissinger and actress Susan Colins. But when he wanted to paint the Lubavitcher rebbe, Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson, whom he never met, he changed his life first.

What is it about art that so much affects the artists life? What was so special about the Rebbe that painting his likeness made Raphael become a new person?

In a fascinating tale of art and spirit, miracles and holiness, Raphael Nouril tells all in an interview with Rabbi Yosef Katzman, host of A Cable to Jewish Life.
